Letting air out of tires?

How long does it take for the air to go out of tires after removing the valve cap? Is there something special that you have to do after removing the cap, or do you just wait?

Remove the cap and with a small point device simply push down on the valve. air will come out slowly but if you want to be faster, the valve you are pressing in will unscrew with a special tool and then the air will come out faster..and even faster way would be to get the police to set up a tire spike strip and drive over it, but this method isnt recomended if reusing the tires.

It only takes a few seconds after you remove the valve core( the little thingy screwed into the valve stem)

Why do you want to let all the air out? You can't just remove the cap, there is a metal rod under the cap, push on it and the air comes out. No, you just can't wait, but again, why would you want to do that?

Under the cap, inside the valve stem is the valve core, and if you push on the little button you see sticking out of the middle of it, air is released from the tire.

When you remove the inner valve from the stem it should take. 1-2 minutes to empty a regular tire.
