Off road parking of a caravan?

Question:
can anyone tel me if it is illegal to park a touring caravan in a residents car park bay on the housing estate. It is off road and in a cul de sac.None of our neighbours have any objection,as it is almost out of sight of any house

Answers:

When driving w/ the A.C. on, does it waste more gas depending on the speed the a.c. is on?

It is not "illegal" as such, it would depend on the rules of the Housing Association/Local Council. I believe most would probably turn a blind eye unless a) somebody made a formal complaint or b) The authority are full of jobsworths.

I am a TAXI DRIVER?

It depends on the terms of your occupation, it was prohibited in the ownership documents of one house I owned but it was widely disregarded.

Why are El Centro, CA gas prices so high?

Check your deeds as in some cases on estates it is clear that you can not park commercial vehicles or caravans. I had that problem when i moved onto a new estate about 10yrs ago

What is the part of the car that cools the engine?

That's really up to whoever owns/manages the housing estate. I would ask them.

not illegal but questionable

Where can I get a set of lambswool overrugs?

depends on the deed. In the housing esate that I am living in, they said that they cannot park caravan. However, I still park it and it seems that nobody complains. I think it just a matter of whether your neighous would complain. Always maintain good relationship with your neighbours. It would not be ILLEGAL. The worst thing that would happen is that you have to park the caravan somewhere else. No big deal!

What's the best way to parallel park?

A neighbour of mine knocked down his wall took his caravan into his garden but was told he could not have it there. now if the caravan you talk about, is the cul-de-sac belonging to the roads then most probably it should not be parked there as road tax is not paid on a caravan, one condition you can have it parked on the roads is for maintainance and repairs time allowed for this varies. the neighbour that knocked down his wall had a skip from a friend on the road for his rubbish and renovations to his home actually got a parking ticket from traffic warden fine of £30.00 probably as he had not hired one from the town council.
