How can I save money in a gas control of a car?
Rocko, Ya wnat to know how to make moonshine? Well, basically ya need a pot that will hold about 40 gal. and use copper and rivets to hold it together. Put a top on it that tapers to a point where a 1/2 in. copper coil can reduce the steam down and through the coil and then through a condenser. Usually a crock pot that holds about 5 gal of water to cool the coil and condense the steam into a liquid .You need a steady stream of cool/ cold water that can flow into the top and out the bottom of the crock pot with the end of the coil sticking out the bottom and after the mash has been fermenting and boiled out the bottom of the coil will flow 190 proof alchohol. be sure to stir and thump the side of the pot so the mash doesn't stick or burn. Use only copper and no solder in the making of this apparatus as lead poisoning can occur. Remember ,everything has to be made of copper. The "mash " well look it up as it consist of corn, rye or even rice and this is where the it begins. You have to add yeast ,sugar is a no-no if ya want top quality moonshine. Sugar will make it ferment quicker but will also give ya a headache.First you have to make a mash. this can be made from corn, barley. Just about any vegetable material, even grass clippings. Then you have to leave it ferment for a while. After the fermentation process has been going on for awhile you can start to cook the mash in a sealed vessel, like a barrel or enclosed tank. There should be a tube at the top so the steam can get out. The steam goes through the long tube and is allowed to cool. This is called condensation. What comes out is a mixture of ethanol and water. The more cycles of the boiling process that is done to the collected mixture, the stronger the ethanol content. The reason for this is because the ethanol boils at a lower temperature than water. But be careful so the still doesn't build up too much pressure and explode. And the BATF(The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms branch of the Federal Department of the Treasury) may take exception to the untaxed production of alcohol. What ethanol is, basically, is moonshine. For more info on the distillation process, refer to a high school chemistry book.
im looking for a cheep low price used car?
If you are looking for an alternative fuel for your vehicle--whyare you looking to ethanol? In my county we are
using bio-diesel and even have B-D service stations.
There are companies that go out and collect all used oils,
clean them up and burn them as diesel. I understand that
they work in any diesel engine.
Anyone interested in this kind of fuel, put in another question
and I will scout around for an informative website.
