Right now the Toyota Prius is rated at 60 mpg (miles per gallon). You probably won't see 60 mpg as those ratings are tested on the motor only, but you'll see high 50's mpg.
Usually, manufacturer websites have all the stats for any particular vehicle or you could just do a search online "(insert car) gas mileage" "(insert car) miles per gallon" etc.
