Your always taking a chance with a used car. If the carfax looks good, I say go for it.Why isnt the US following other countries that are 70-80-90% use of renewable fuel?
The biggest thing first of all is look at the VIN if it is a domestic. If it is a 1 it is USA built, 2 is Canada, and 3 is Mexico. Last, GET THE CARFAX. If you are serious about this car, that is the only way that you are going to know everything that you seriously need to know.I am trying to locate Yosemite Sam Mud flaps for a 1 ton dump truck. If the price is good enough to fix it if it doesn't pass, then get it. I don't know the car so it's a little hard to give advice.OK ,the link doesn't work, so I can't answer #1.

I will say that I ran quality for GM's truck plants in the North America years ago and our quality coming out of Mexico was better than many plants in the US at that time. In some cases, far better than US plants.
How do i order a new license plate?
Okay, I don't know what the rules are in New York but let me tell you this... My car is a Pontiac Sunfire that was manufactured in Mexico. It means nothing. Cars are manufactured all over the world, and only one is a true US car and that's the Chevy Corvette. Anyway, mine passed the emissions inspection where I live, they said it was very clean so I'm sure you won't have a problem. I would say go for it, the miles aren't too high and he said the price is negotiable. Also, go test drive it and see if you really like it.How much would a ticket cost if I got one for having my window tinted?
Good luck =D
Most Chevys are assembled in Mexico, that's nothing new. Cavaliers aren't the BEST car on the market, but it'll do the job for a few years. I'm not sure if it will pass inspection, but the fact that its a 2002 means that it should, I live in FL and we don't have emissions here anymore. WOOO HOOO! Good luck, it looks like a decent little car.
Sounds good. But you never know till its to late. All though one of my friends is a mechanic for a Chevy dealer and he always said that if you want a Chevy car that is reliable get a Cavalier.
