has: -hks intake
-stillen headers and exhaust
- Jim Wolf Technologies stage 2 ECU
- Brembo cross-drilled front rotors
-still has it's cat. converters in
hp at flywheel: 271
planning on getting: -Unorthdox Racing Underdrive pulley Kit
- Stillen ALC (Automatic Line Controller)
- JWT Racing Cams +.380 lift
- upsized torque converter
- Greddy transmission oil cooler
- Greddy engine oil cooler
what else can i do? i want to get roughtly 330 hp out of that motor.
Would it pass federal emmisions like that?

271 at the wheel, not bad for an N/A! 330 will make it great fun, esp with the VG30s torque pull from low revs. Should pass emmisions if its not worn badly. What else can you do? Manual box makes em dance! Or sell it to buy a VG30DETT! Mines fun.

any iddea how much cost to chrome a car (all body)?

It should pass if you didn't mess with the cats or the exhaust too much. However, the only way to tell is to take it to a test site.
