As long as they cost less to make in China; and they can ensure quality and cost less then they may be able to get a foot in the door. It would take a long time however. Well, its really hard to say. I wouldnt want to be one of the first owners of that car. The cheri/cherry/chery (whatever) has some really nice designs, however we have no idea what the reliability of those cars is going to be. Also, you have a problem with trying to find a mechanic that knows anything about them.
It will hurt ford and gm some more, but i think it will definetly boost toyota.

I don't think we need any more out side cars in the USA. We should build U.S. cars, sell U.S. cars and repair U.S. cars to support our economy instead of some one Else's.
