The colder the air going into the engine, the more oxygen it contains per square inch.Cold air induction kits can bring cold air from outside the car into the intake manifold.
Is premium gas worth the extra money?
They usually are designed to go to the front of the grille and take air from there. Many factory setups use air from under the hood which is usually much warmer than outside air. Years ago some manufacturers even had a scoop on the hood that only opened when the throttle was wide open. So the engine breathed warm air under normal driving and cold air under full throttle. Plymouth Roadrunner was one of those cars.

More oxygen? Turbo are the answer for diesel. They are no so good in Gasoline engines, so there you go with a compressor or supercharger. many names out there. Someone mention colder air, that is true too. That is why the turbos usually go along with an inter-cooler. Not too much help from an inter-cooler on a gasoline engine either.who provide fule cells to honda motors?
Either a turbocharger, a supercharger or a nitrous kit. All quite expensive.Feed it Nitrous Oxide - got plenty of money?
RoyS
A turbo , or nitrous oxide from a tank , the first will put to much pressure on your engine unless it is designed for it. the other will blow your engine in short order
Why do you park your car so close to mine...?
JC - the turbo in my gasoline fuelled car is ace! Gives lots of power and makes a nice noise too.NOS
nitrous oxide will give you what you are seeking , NOS has kits that "bolt on" giving you a shot of gas and fuel and a minimum of 75 hp. at the flick of a switch , beware of "lean outs" as the aluminium in your pistons will be considered fuel in an oxygen saturated combustion environment.
