Question:
What is the range on a cop's radar. Lineal feet or does it matter?
Answers:
What is difference B/W Gaurentee and Warrenty?
Depends. If you are driving a Lotus Elise the radar 'footprint' is very small and will not detect it as soon as say a UPS truck. Very flat, straight roads are deadly to drivers when radar is being used and can detect/determine speed on most vehicles up to 1.5 miles. Hilly and twisting roads force the radar to take much longer to get a fix on speed. Often the radar will pick-up another vehicle besides yours -- like a speeding 18 wheeler, and YOU get nabbed by the cops in error. That's why I drive with a detector.
