I was sneaking the car out at 14 years old in NY, it was'nt hard, until my mom "Popped" me, then my life got hard. It's really easy, especially in New York because they don't have very much traffic because they all use the subway and the traffic management is the best in the world, beat the traffic and try Manhattan at about 8am, good luck :)!Learner Permit in the State of Tennessee?
