Is there going to be a £25 congestion charge?

Your widstar window works on a plastic strap with holes rolling on gears that manuver your window up and down. If for some reason ( frozen, someone hold the window as trying to raise ) would easily strip the plastic and hence the clicking. open the door panel and inspect the strap. I bet this ids the problem. Not an easy job to replace so if your not a patient person and expierenced well have it done at a garage. Or your next post would state if anyone can get rid of a HEADACHE !! good luck

does a vechicle price differ much than the kelly blue book price if its been wrecked and totally rebuilt?

I think you are hearing the noise from the relay. Relay makes the clicking sound when activated. Try it when you turn on the defroster or the headlight, you will here the clicking sound.
