Basic Transportation. Is there any car out there that I can buy that is just four wheels and a motor?

I sure am tired of all the extras that I have to pay for, and have no need for, like air, power everything, 8 speaker stereo, IPOD connection, doors that open and close with a push of the button, etc.
Just something to get me from point A to point B, and back again.
