What is the procedure to get NOC from R.T.O. - pune for the Bike, registered in Gujarat?

I brought my bike from gujarat. I also brought the N.o.c. from Gujarat R.T.O. Now I don't want N.O.C. from Pune R.T.O. for my new address at Pune. Can any body suggest the procedure/agent?

Any website where there are mustangs for $3000 or less?

I hope NOC IS NOT NEEDED ....
Noc from one RTO is enough but if you are going to use it more than six months in pune you must pay the tax may be it will be around 2k - 4k
