Question:
Ok well my friend is 16 and we were driving around the whole day and she wasn't speeding and she was being careful but then we were coming back from the movies and we were trying to hurry to get home before 12 that we didnt realize that she was speeding about 15 over (We live in VA). the cop pulled us over and and said that he wasnt gonna charge her with reckless driving and all that. Her parents are really strict so she doesnt want them to find out but she has the money to prepay the ticket so she doesnt have to go to court. She is also willing to take that class (DIP) to take the points off her record. It is her first offense so will it show up on her insurance? Is there any way she can take care of this without her parents finding out? She wont be able to go to prom if they find out and she's a careful driver cause shes kind of scared of the road its just that she had to hurry so is there any way she can hide it?

i would take that ticket to court because there is a good chance that it will come off. Trust me the increase in her insurance from the ticket will hurt her much more than her parents will. Will the hydrogen fuel cars work?
If she pays the ticket at the DMV or sends it to the address on the ticket then you can "hide it", but like i said i recommend taking it to court by checking the little box on the ticket that says appeal and then mailing it, but i would of course her parents could help her with that the most.
