Anyone know the definitions to these car parts?
Definitely my car is working for me. I was blessed decades ago to see just how good VW's diesels are, and I've had one since 1981, and have had absolutely wonderful and fantastic service from both of them, including 57mpg in my older one, and 47mpg in my newer one since it's automatic and the older one was a manual 5-speed. My old one had 326,600 miles on it when I gave it to a friend and bought a new one. And repair has been at an incredible minimum, so much so that when I took my old one in years ago for new brake pads, the mechanics all got around marveling that I still had the original brakepads after 100,000+ miles. You ought to try one of the Jetta diesels or Passat diesels when the EPA gets their nasty hands out of everthing and VW is allowed to import them again in 2008. I bought my son one in 2004 on his return from his first tour of duty in Iraq, and as tough a driver as he is, it still performs excellently, after some repairs that HE definitely is at fault for. God Bless you.If crude oil prices are $57/barrel why are gas prices so high?
