I am looking into buying a Mitsubish 3000GT. I would like to have some opinons before I do much. I would like to know about anything on the Dodge Stealth also, because mechanically, they are identical. Anything from the ride, performance, to maintance and comfort would be greatly appreciated. Im a teenager so any young people's opinions are good to hear. Please mention details of your model's year, mileage, and type (base, SL, VR4).

You HAVE to get a VR-4. The car looks so good that it would ust be plain pathetic to drive it around with nothing under the hood.
repairs are VERY costly. This car has 3X as many parts as a normal car and all of them were high tec for the time of the car. Many things can go wrong so have a savings fund to fix er up if she needs it.

First off it's never a good idea to buy a used sports car. People buy them for 1 thing, to find out what it can do. Secondly, how many Stealths do you see around? At least here in Cali there's not many to be seen. There usually is a reason why you don't see any.If you choose to buy one a highly highly recommend you spend the 60 bucks and get a mechanic to check it out first. Also run a Carfax on it.
