I went to delta sonic to change my oil and the attendant hit a wall while pulling my truck in to the garage. delta sonic sent me a voucher for a detail worth $150 but i was not willing to accept that because to repair the damage was $560.60. Delta sonic told me that the only other option i had was to have it repaired and they would sent the a check to the shop. i know that they can not make me get it repaired. and the man on the phone tried to tell me that they were not able to send me a check for the value of the estimate. but if they will not send me a check or they will send me a voucher worth 300 dollars less than the damage what can i do?

All repair shops open for business have to have some sort of liability insurance...The insurance company will not care if your vehicle is fixed or not..They may want multiple estimates though...But, they will pay..

well as far as the money they are not liable to give you money cause their insurance is there for repairs not giving gold diggers like you money if you want the auto fixed then they are responceable for the repairs at the body shop of your choice of the list they give you so you can get your auto repaired properly not give you the cash to fix itMore Questions & Answers ...
