i live in florida, gainesville area and it ranges from $2.88 to $3.05. if you are interested in gas prices, check this website. its updated all the time. at the moment it says the highest gas price in the US is $3.79(Needles, CA) and the lowest is $2.19(Gaffney, SC). Needless to say, I wish I was in Gaffney so I wouldn't have to pay so much for gas!
