I need a list of carparks that are high and have parking on the roof/top floor in London?

I am a photographer and need to take some shots from a high viewpoint. Car parks seem like a good option. Any help finding the good, tall, open air ones in London would be great.

Most shopping centres have car parks such as The Treaty centre in Hounslow or Harlequin in Watford they always have open roof tops.
If you find a tall building that you would like to see the view from then you could always go in and ask.
Alexander Palace has excellent views of north London and the London Eye is not bad too.
