Question:
I have a ford mondeo 2.0 Si, really happy with the car, but when i leave it for any period the rear windscreen mists up, its not a big problem as the demister works well, but its just annoying, any cunning ideas on how to stop it?
Many thanks in advance

does it take more gas to use the cruise control, or less?
Vauxhall Cavaliers tend to have the same problem if the weather has been wet the car tends to have a constantly "fogged up" rear screen. A previous answer suggested that you check the rear light seals and the hatch seal. This should be done on a dry day, Hose off the rear of the car making sure to give all around the lenses and door joint a good blast. then check for water ingress - you may find also checking the rubber grommets in the floor pan underneath the spare wheel as these too can become dislodged and let in water. If water is passing over the hatch seal you may have to adjust the hatch door and striker plate by screwing in the two "stops" either side of the hatch - the striker plate is the bit where the hatch locks onto. If water is getting past the light units any silicone sealer will do the job - remove the units and apply onto the facing of the rubbers where they meet the body or the lenses. This should reduce the condensation problem you seem to have. Good luck. What does "automatic transmission with overdrive" exactly mean?
Leave a window open a tad.Help me decide which will i get, BMW 328xi or INFINITI G35x ??
Clean all the sh*it and muck off the inside of the glass, and make sure you haven't got a water-leak into the hatch area of the car. Mondeos leak in through the rear light units and hatch seals. If it's a saloon, it's still the light units and boot lid seal that needs inspection. Make sure the carpets aren't wet, and if they are, find out why, and get it fixed. What was the first hot rod car?

Will a 4 barrel get better gas mi than a 2 barrel?
It sounds like condensation. This happens to my car in winter sometimes. I park my car facing east so in the morning the sun dries up condensation on the front window before I get into it but the back window remains misty.
where is the fuel pump relay switch on the engine of a 1995 murcury mystique?
If you can, try it out to see if that's what it is.
Fairly simple - if you have AIR CON - run it, even with the heaters. It has a dehumidifier inbuilt into it (all of them do) - will help dry the air in the car.
My friend's Toyota Corolla won't start because his remote keyless entry's battery died?
Also as mentioned - really clean the glass & use an anti-misting solution (RAIN-X do one).
a m says to leave your window open 2-3 inches.
Ya that's just enough room for someone to reach in and open the lock to the door. don't do that.
It is moisture in the back because of the weather stripping is to old on the hatch. Get it looked at by a professional and replaced.
