yes your son can drive in new hampshire. simply because his age , yourself, and the permit act as a license. the cops in new hampshire might give him a hard time if he gets pulled over speeding. but if the cops pull him over all you have to do is show them his birth cirtifigate your driveres license, and his permit, or recipt for the drivers education teacher. then the cops will just send you on your way there is nothing ileagal about someone with a permit driving in New Hampshiredo i need road tax if im being towed in a car?
yea he can drive in NH.. i live on the ma/nh border (almost literally) and i know you can... as long as sparky stays in the US and doesnt get too pedal happy and make his way to Canada ... hell be fine... why would you get pulled over anyways? i doubt you teach your son to drive 85 on the highway.. or do you? ...just watch wat your son is doing and you shouldnt even need to worry about it... plus if you get pulled over, your 6 month permit period restarts! that was good motivation for me not to speed.. lol95' Chevy truck won't stay running??
With a relative who's an adult sitting the front seat, yes. In New Hampshire, if you're at least 15 and half years of age and have an adult relative in the front seat, you may drive with or without a driver's permit. Driver's permits are not required in the state of New Hampshire, you just have to be at least 15 and a half.Buckle up and drive safe!
