Water can can be added through an injection system along with a combustible material to improve horse power and fuel economy but not as a stand alone fuel.If it can where you live I wouldn't drink the water.Everybody with a CAR OR TRUCK READ THIS!!!!?
what your talking about is turning a combustion engine and making it a steam engine, it's just best left as is.Its theoretically possible because there is hydrogen in water and you can burn hydrogen to make power. But you also need a lot of power to extract the hydrogen from the water (electrolysis). I dont thing your engine would make enough power to extract the hydrogen AND power the car.
