what differs in horsepower, does the power change or the acceleration

I have my theory test on friday and guess what?

what changes acceleration

Answers:

Is there any way to get more power out of a car, such as mods, but increasing my feul effeciency?

US cars usually have bigger engines and some have more HP. The more power you have, then the better the performance. The gas mileage may suffer, but you will have more power to accelerate down the road.

Why are cars made for people that are 5'10" and shorter?

Acceleration is a factor of torque more than HP. Also the gearing will multiply torque, so your differential will help with acceleration too.
