IH 886 transmission problems?? HELP?

Question:
I have a IH 886 tractor and it is now stuck in hi gear and will not release! When i go to start it it pulls forward and even with the clutch in it will not go in nutrale! What do i need to do!

Re adjust the clutch. If no go, remove a transmission, replace clutch. sorry.
