Any Acura, Honda, Nissan, or Japanese import would do well. Parts are fairly cheap and they are easy to drift once you learn...however the FWD cars require a lot of modifications to drift them, but RWD have no problem. Nissan makes mostly RWD sporty cars, so you could look into them. The 240SX is an excellent cheap car and RWD and easy to upgrade.

i would suggest a 350 z but they may be too expensive for your taste, almost any nissan sports car will do, but you may want to get a rear wheel drive and if you are lucky enough, get a manual transmission, dropping gears works really well when turning and i would look into a 240sx, they are really good, cheap, and easily upgraded cars
