Next step after car crash?

Question:
details: I need some help.
Im driving down a street at 25mph (speed limit 30) and the snow plow did a bad job cleaning the road leaving a ton of snow covering about 1/4 the road. As I go over this small hill in the road staying as close to the snow as I can, I see this huge Lexus SUV coming at me on my side of the road at about 45-50mph. He starts flashing his lights and blasting his horn. I see him and I hit the brakes and try to get around him on my side of the road (the part thats covered with snow). My wheels hit the snow and the car spins and hits a pole. The Lexus saw it and sped off. I didn't get a chance to get his license plate #, and our cars never actually hit. I know If I hit him, it would've been 100% his fault, but I didn't feel like taking my chances. Also if it were just the mornings snow fall, I would not have spun (the fact that the snow plow dumped the rest of the streets snow on the road made me spin) I dont have collision coverage and my car is totaled. What now?

Does anyone know how much is the motorbike test?

first you say the Lexus is coming at you on your side of the road, then you say that you are trying to get around him on your side of the road (the part that is covered with snow)

I am on the waitlist for the U.S. smartcar.anyone ever have problems parking perpendicular to curb here?

which is it? I doubt "your side of the road" would be large enough for both vehicles. So you were really on the wrong side of the road, weren't you?

Approximately how much would an nationwide intergrated transport system cost?

Take the town where you live to court for not keeping the streets clean. Get as much out of them as you can, that's not right for a plow not to do a good job, alos if you can get pictures.

First, report it to the police. Then, try posting an ad asking for witnesses to the accident. Try talking to your insurance agency. Good luck!

Automotive?

That is why they sell collision insurance. Stuff happens. Your insurance should pay for damage to the pole, but you are out of luck for damage to your car.

What is a hitch lock and its use for a touring caravan?

Um your pretty much screwed. Its not the snow plows fault but the lexus. If you would haven gotten a liscense plate number that would of helped but since you have nothing - there is nothing you can do. Try and see if there are cameras on the street and if there are request the town for a copy of them otherwise good luck getting a new car

How many balloons does it take to float a car?

Unless you can track down the driver of the other vehicle, you may be SOL. You need to drive according to the conditions of the road and from what you've written, you knew the conditions ahead of time. They may rule it an act of nature because of weather or whatever the heck that is...but still...if you don't have full coverage on your car and the other driver cannot be id'd (and you didn't actually collide with him), you may be pretty much screwed.

Watchu be doin rite bout nah, dawg?

Unrelated to the above answers, but always immediately remember to;
* Switch on the hazard-warning lights on crashed, immobilized vehicles, and
* Switch off the ignition of crashed immobilized vehicles to reduce risk of fire.
