I'd pass and find a better candidate. For one it has a lot of miles. Two it's a front wheeler. It would provably be easier to try and drop in a 3.8 supercharged engine and trans. It will handle a turbo, but that depends on the boost pressure of the turbo. The motor will more than likely blow a head gasket, and the transmission might not be built to withstand the extra HP. If the transmission is a stick that would be a different story though. If your going thru the trouble of putting the money into a turbo then you should consider rebuilding the top end of the motor and make sure that you start using synthetic oil, as it scorches less from the heat of the turbo. Also throw on an intecooler as it can give u an extra 30+hp.I don't know why you would want to put a turbo in a lumina. I would becareful. I have seen the aluminum heads melt around the plug a couple of times before. of course that was in a 95 and 96 lumina.
