I repair atms as part of my job and I can confirm what others have said, there typically isn't one special keyboard just for drive thru atms. The keyboard on an atm is usually a one fits all kind of part. It's just easier that way, and I'm sure it saves the company money. There are differences on the keyboards, but usually the differences are from bank to bank, not machine to machine. These differences are usually the arrangement of some keys (like the "cancel" and "ok" buttons) and different levels of PIN encryption internally.

The Braille panel is standard on all of the ATM's and it is cheaper to leave it on on the machines that are placed in the drive throughs than to put a different panel on. We know that the blind person is not driving through but the Braille doesn't harm the sighted so why bother?

for blind drivers? I think everyone else is right. The maker only makes one type of panel. That way if a blind person needs money out of their account they will be able to get it out. I don't know how they will see what denomination of bills they get but I suppose they are all $20 bills.
