How does one find out what person/company is responsible for "improving" (ahem) the roads in Hot Springs, AR?

The 4Runner is based on a truck frame and not a car frame - that's the difference.

Can i drive my Maruti800 1989, to agra from delhi and come back on the same day?

Makes what possible?

Were should i start to become a (professional) race driver?

If you compare gas mileage, it turns out that a 4Runner is comparable with many cars. Mine gives me 19.5 MPH in winter city driving, and goes up to 23-24 on a highway @ 60-70 MPH. It has a truck-based frame body which makes it very rugged, quiet, and provides perfect ride and handling. It has - with a V6 not to mention V8 - plenty of torque and power, especially noticeable and appreciated @ low RPM.
The only drawback I can think of is somewhat esthetically outdated dashboard but considering the advantages, I can live with it.
Legendary dependability, however, is its main advantage.
