Trolleybusses?

Question:
Was there ever a type of British trolleybus, with two front or
steering axles at the front and only one axle at the rear end?
Picture or web ref; would be ideal. Thanks!

they had quite a few in St Helens, they actually found an "Overhang" a few days ago that had been brought down in the 1970s on Knowsley Road. Naturally, this caused quite an interest in them, and the old Thatto Heath to Sutton Manor route is still used buy the Arriva company!

I do not recall the details but the trolley bus was the transport before the route master buses came into use. I lived in Southall in West London and the trolley bus plied between Uxbridge and Shepherds Bush and over many other route around Acton, Ealing etc. They were quiet and comfortable.

Only ones I ever encountered were in Bournemouth. They had one axle at the front and two at the back.
