Car trade in question...need info..?

Question:
I have a 2004 Mercedes 230 Kompressor. I bought it for 20K and I plan on keeping it for 2 years, which would add up to a little more than 10K. Now the reason Im going to trade it in is because the warranty is up in 2 years.

I need a car shade extender while I drive, any suggestions?

Will I be penalized for not paying off the car, how does it work?
