Just be really careful.It makes you feel that way because of lack of oxygen...And if you don't get enough oxygen, brain cells die..And if you do it too much with out lots of regular breathing in between you will die...Almost like suffocating while still "feeling" like you are breathing.The same thing can happen with helium.I just passed my driving test!...?
