How can i make a regualr household terrarium fit into the backseat of my galactic cruiser?

the terrarium is the exo-terra model from www.aquariumsdirect.com and the galactic cruiser is an Mk1 as can be seen in model form here: http://www.starshipmodeler.com/other/dd_... . its easy to get it into the bridge, but the seats in the back of the cabin were just not made for terrarium attachment straight from the factory.
