What is the minimum age to rent a car in Florida?
Every engine is good, as long as you maintain the car.. Something as simple as not changing your oil can end up burning up your motor eventually.. So just always take it in for routine maintenance..In engine sizes what does CC mean?
V4 - 4 cylinders, V6 - 6 cylinders, V8 - 8 cylinders.. Basically, the more cylinders your car has, the more speed it has.. Like a v6 mustang is slower than a v8 mustang because the v8 has more cylinders so it has more power.. Of course you can always go with a little 4 bangin' turbo car and have enough power to rock the socks off of a v8!!
Plus, you should think about gas.. The more cylinders you have, the more gas your car will eat.. My first car was a little v4 honda accord.. That thing got like 350 miles to a $25 tank of 87 octane gas.. My v8 mustang gt gets about 200 miles to a $30 tank of 91 octane gas..
Which car should i get, An STi or an G35?
The bottom line is that it just depends on what you want out of your car.. If you care about luxury and decent speed, I'd say go for some kind of a v6 sedan.. If you're into suv's or muscle cars, go with a v8.. And if you really don't care about speed and want an economical (gas wise and cost of the car wise) go with a 4 cylinder.. Unless you get a turbo 4 cylinder..

v8 makes the most power and is the best choice for all applications including lawn mowerDoes anyone have any gas saving tips?
all engines are GOOD. for the longer run it all boils down to how it is used and maintained. I have seen 4 cylider engines for 300 even 400K miles. I have also seen a V8 go 300K to 400 K miles. at the same time I have seen motors not make it past the 10K mark. It's all in how it is driven and maintained. How does the movement of engine result in movement of car?
Not to mention what you are most wanting to get out of it.The two main factors are practicality or performance.
If you want good fuel milage, the lesser the cylinders and displacement usually the better. However this can be a drawback in larger vehicles because the smaller engine must work so hard to move the weight that it actually doesn't get much better milage than the more powerful engine which must strain less. You might get an extra 2 mpg average, but your engine is taking a lot more wear.
V-6, I-6 and I-5, are your best bets for the average mid sized car. Like the Mustang for example, it works great with a V-6, but people want the V-8 (or a good bit of aftermarket work) to get the real sporty, pony car performance. A Corvette would work fine with an I-5, but it wouldn't be a Corvette.
For smaller cars 4 cylinder is king. V-4 is kind of rare, usually it is an I-4 or boxer engine.
Never heard of a 'V4', however I've seen 'VV 4's, but they look like a straight 4 cyl. ( except for a 4 cylinder Volkswagen ). If you're looking for good mileage, stick to the 4 cylinder compact cars. Some V6s get good mileage depending on the size/weight of the car it's in. I once had a Camaro with a V6 and it got horrible mileage. But, it had the smallest V6 that GM makes.
On the other hand, I had a Corvette with a V8 ( 350 ci ) and got great mileage.
What is the sound that a city bus makes?
Do some research on engines and the cars you like. A new car will always have the estimated mileage on the price sticker on the windshield.
How much does it cost to get your car windows tinted professionally?
Thats basically up to you, any engine now-a-days is "good" as long as you take care of it, it just depends on what you want it to do. If your looking for something fast a 4 cyl. is probably not the way to go, unless you put tons of money into it, or its turbocharged or something. V6 I believe provides a good median between power and economy. V8s have loads of power but cost more to run (ie gas).Stick Shift...braking and slowing down...Help?
Single cylinder 2stroke.Someone who knows about cars. HELP!?
