yes you can i had a 91 ans 99 integra. it depend on where you go for the cost. the best thing i'd sy is call your local junk yard/salvage yard and see if they have any v-tech engines and the cost or look for v-tech engine on ebay and eaither take out your engine yourself and put new one in or call auto shop and see how they charge in labor for putting it in. i know it'll cost ALOT at shop better off having some freinds help you do it yourself and trhowing them some money. good luck
