You have tried the polite way - so the only thing I could suggest is cause her some sort of inconvenience every time she does it, because she is obviously doing it because she can not be bothered to move it a few yards either way.She will get tired of it sooner or later. If it continues, start calling the police and see what they can do. If you're really nasty, slice her tires or pour acid on the paint.
