Its sounds like a rubber belt, get the belts looked at, they are loose or need replacement.all, that it is a glazed belt. you will get rid of the noise by replacing the belt. notice when you spray it with water or WD40 the noise will go away temporalily. sometimes tightening the belt fixes it too, but most likely its getting it wore out..how old is that particular belt. if its a few yrs. old its time for a new one anyway.
