My 2001, F-150, V6 misses and backfires ,and was giving lean code help?

Question:
My truck sputters and backfires from a stop, but not all the time , seems to miss at hwy speed under load even a small incline also was giving a lean code (bank 1 lean ) I replaced the O-2 sensors and upperintake gaskets help please !!!!!

I had a 99 ford f150 and it had the same symptoms and it turned out to be a bad spark plug. truck had low miles to. should be able to get a code for a bad sensor. ma by also check your fuel pressure and your coil packs. sorry for all the guessing
