I just bought a 2000 SE model and I can not find where the anchor points for childs car seat is. Can any one explain which area they are in?

Usually they are on the back side of the seat under a smooth plastic cover, sometimes they are attached to the bottom of the seat as well if you feel inbetween the back and the bottom coushin. Its also possible some cars didn't have them, I am not sure of the year mandated but most manufacturers put them in, in the late 90s. If you have access to the owner manual it will show in there, the dodge, chrysler dealer would help you. Also almost every police station has some program to make sure car seats are installed and correctly as a public help.
