Yes you can. They will turn it over to the state and suspend your license. You may get a letter in mail, you may not. Either way you can go to jail if caught driving on a suspended license. As for the parking tickets, if you don't pay them they will suspend your lic and you will not be able to renew it until you either appear in court and take care of the fines or jail time for contempt of court because each parking ticket is a summons to pay or appear, in other words "contempt of court"... ==== jail time. Pay your fines and go to defensive driving school..
