2001 S10 ZR2. 4.3 V6 making 190 hp stock. I just got it with84,000 miles on it. I would like to add a Air intake, Exaust system, and computer upgrade. Eventually a nitrous systme is a pissibility. my quesiton is, is 84,000 miles to many miles to start putting mods on the engine? It runs excellant but it is getting to be 6 years old. Also, does anyone have a suggestion for a good nitrous kit that would add about no more then 100hp? Wiht that and my other upgrades iw oudl expect it to make around 320hp Max. Thanks.

i would help the moter a little first . call summit racing and ask a tech to get the parts to handle the nitrious . i have a ford excurtion 7.3 with over 200,000 miles on it and im still adding stuff have fun.More Questions & Answers ...
