Question:
I have a 1990 Camaro Rs. Right now I have snow tires on them and have to change it tomorrow. The tire size on them right now is 215/60/15. I was given a good deal on a set of 4 new ones but they are a different size than what I have one right now. They are : 235/65/15. Will they fit my car ok? Or are they too big? thanks for the help! I sure hope they will fit because they will save me tons of $$!

What year did the ignition key become the same key as the car door key?
Here is what you do. Go to a tire dealer and say you are just shopping around and want to put those 235/65/15 tires on your camaro. They should be able to tell you if you can or not.But I would think so as they are wider, better traction. Just a little bit taller but still size 15.
it wont fit unless you change the rim

They will fit. the number 215 or 235 is the tire hight, the 60 or 65 is the percentage of the side wall and the 15 is the rim size.the tires will fit the rims. but they may rub while cornering or on panic stops.
