Hmmm.. You may need to swap the front cradles and make some adjustments for motor and transmission mounts but it is possible to make it fit. Fantastic idea and sounds like an interesting project. If you have the SRT as a complete donor then it should be pretty easy. But it will take some time to do. There will be modifications that will need to be done. Some things that will need to change just of the top of my head are the front engine cradles, Wiring harness, fuel lines, exhaust, struts, axels, and fuel pumps. You need the computer out of the SRT as well as the harness. The fuel tanks may swap over but I would double check. The Omni will run like a raped ape if you get it set up right.

i own a repair shop,and you can make it fit ,but as far as just going right in there it wont,the mounts are in the wrong place and everything on it,but if your good with a torch and welder,and really good with wiring you can put it in there and make it work right,but it takes years of experience at doing this to be able to change this over and do it right ,good luck with it i hope this helps.
