there were 3 nails in the tire and it is not repairable. so it needs a new tire. i was wondering if i had to pay for it or if the dealership pays for it? it is an 06 g35 with 5000miles on it. still under warranty.

The tires and battery are not under the factory warranty. These items carry their own warranty. Since the problem is not one of workmanship it is highly probable that you will have to pay. You probably signed something saying the car was under your insurance. The dealer may go ahead and fix it though, since it's not a real big thing. [not enough $$ to be an insurance claim] They may be able to return the tire to the manufacturer if it's new.Good luck.
