The light turned yellow while I was going through the intersection, he wanted to turn and did, right into me.My husband and I were both injured, I broke my foot and now I need surgery on my shoulder, My husband has had surgery on his shoulder from this.I am in constant pain. We lost our home because of injuries, we couldn't work!They did a deposition on his witness' they still lied My lawyer said it will prob. go to court. Then my lawyer gets 50% instead of 1/3. the guy got a ticket "Failier to yeild". He was found guilty. Bad part I was coming from just burying my mother. I feel he is making me a victim over and over. I can't get past my mother's passing because this is still hanging. It'll will be 5 years in May. I need some feedback please. Why are they lying? They have nothing to gain buy it. The guy is a prison guard! I have lst my car, my home, my job and my sanity over this. I'm at my wits end!!! Help
