Saturn horn keeps going off?

Question:
I have a 1996 Saturn. The horn keeps going off, like somone is holding down to button, but no one is touching it. The only way to turn it off is to unplug the horn.

Thoughts on late 80's Ford Thunderbirds?

Is there a way to fix it?
