i only know a couple facts. a converted bus does not require a bus license. it cannot still have the stop sign. it cannot still have school district permit numbers on it. maybe one of those was one of your questions. if you post a more specific question ill help my uncle just bought a converted bus for the family band to take a road trip, so i have some resources for info.
