Unless you are in a demolition Derby situation, intentionally running into another vehicle would not be 'fun' and would wind up costing you to repair the vehicle you ran into, plus the costs of any tickets received.
So, expect for special circumstances, no. It's not fun. No, I've never done it.

I used to drive in Demolition Derbies, they are really fun to watch and even better to compete in.People used to think I was crazy to drive in Derbies, they said you're gonna get hurt, you're gonna die...
Well I'm here to tell you that they are really well organized, it takes a lot of work to prepare a Derby car, removing all the glass and ripping out the interior etc.., it would usualy take me a couple of weeks to prepare my cars.
And the Derby organizers have a lot of rules and regulations you must obey, your car has to pass an inspection before you can compete.
Crashing into a car without being prepared is just dumb, do the work, get into a real Derby and I promise you will have a real blast, I did, and I never got hurt.
