You have an In-line 4 1.8L engine. If you look on the emissions label (under your hood or by the radiator) it will tell you the size of your motor along with the correct year, however if you've never seen one before you may not know how to read it.

Is it illegal to have CLEAR side blinkers?

best thing to do is look under your hood and see what the top of your engine block says then go on goodle and type that in along with your year and model of your car and boom you got info. also by doing that you will get a lot of forms that people talk about those cars on.
