Question:
Answers:
Car engine powered by atmospheric heat?
they won't. ethanol is not a long term fuel option. mainly us auto makers are releasing flex fuel vehicles but ethanol has many downsides. us auto makers need to get their heads out of where the sun dont shine and get with the program.I would think mostly the American companies in Detroit and some Brazilian/other S. American car manufacturers where the ethanol is easier and cheaper to produce. A lot of the American cars already run on E85 but only about 1% of all gas stations have it available. Total crap. Also, I think the jury is still out on whether E85 cars will really lower the CO2 load as it takes crops grown using fertilizer here in the US, and oil or coal is usually used to make the nutrient-rich fertilizer. Go figure. However, new technologies are coming around all the time to get the most out of the useless parts of the crop (parts we don't eat or use for other products). We'll see.
